Unless you live in Tampa (which I don't!) then this isn't exactly relevant, but I thought I would share it with you as I thought it was a neat idea. I was just reading about a salon in Tampa that has started a "Bring Your Own Hair Brush" day. Basically you book into the salon, but you actually bring your own styling tools and the stylists will give you guidance on how to use them properly. I know how frustrating it can be when you have your new hair style and then the next time you have to do it yourself at home it all goes wrong...bad hair day, again!! Well take your flat irons down to the Tribeca Color Salon and they will teach you how to use them properly and guide you while you style your own hair. Watch out in your local salon as this idea might catch on.
